Comfortable hotel. Perfect location for my purposes. Alongside the Silver star entertainment complex so many food options.

The breakfast was good, the wait for an omelette though was unexpected as this took about 10min while standing and the que was not long.

Good location, with access to different restaurants and the botanical gardens. Breakfast staff were pleasant and did their best to cater for guests needs despite being understaffed on some mornings.

Safe, Clean, a lot of eating places on the same premises. The breakfast that is included is really generous buffet style breakfast, friendly professional staff.

The rooms were extra clean. Keep it up Silverstar. It was very cold during our stay,but the air conditioning system was on point. Kept us warm through the cold nights. My wife enjoyed the Spa. Let's talk about food..mmm. so many restaurants within the hotel complex, we tried most of them and we were not disappointed. We had a good vacation.

Lovely room and the accomodation was great. There are many restaurants to choose from and the place feels safe. Reception was useless, telling me that I need to pay for 2 people even although I am only one person. Then, charging me for 2 saying it can not be changed.

Rooms are lovely, clean and spacious. And the Breakfast has a huge variety of food.

It's situated in an excellent area. From the minute you arrive until departure you are made welcome. Treated like VIP. Yet, you feel as if you are family. The food is exquisite. The rooms are extremely comfortable, tidy, spacious. Beds are great... you get a good night's rest. All requests are met. Lots of entertainment. I honestly give Silverstar... Golden Stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
